1 App Category & Educational Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications, digital tools, loan simulation utilities, and financial literacy resources published by DTC Loan ("we", "us", or "our") on the Google Play Store.
Our applications are designed solely as financial literacy, educational, and calculation utilities. We provide informative guides, debt awareness tips, budgeting formulas, and installment simulations. We are NOT a bank, direct money lender, loan originator, or credit broker. We do not distribute loan funds, collect loan repayments, or solicit personal financial credentials or sensitive bank account logins.
2 Information We Collect & Process
We apply strict data minimization principles. We do not require users to create personal accounts with passwords or upload government identity documents. Information processed is categorized as follows:
- Device & Diagnostics Data: Operating system build version, device manufacturer and model, screen resolution, locale/language settings, network state (Wi-Fi or cellular), and memory usage metrics.
- Pseudonymous Advertising & Instance Identifiers: The Google Android Advertising ID (AAID) and Firebase App Instance ID, utilized for displaying advertisements and aggregate analytics.
- Local Simulation Inputs: Numerical values you enter into calculation tools (e.g., target loan amount, simulation interest rate, tenure months) are processed directly on your device in real-time. We do not store or transmit your private calculations to external databases.
- Voluntary User Support Correspondence: If you contact us at support-dtcloan@konc.one, we retain your email address and message contents exclusively to resolve your inquiry.
3 Third-Party SDKs (AdMob, Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics)
To maintain our educational services free of charge, monitor stability, and understand feature usage, our applications integrate industry-standard SDKs provided by Google LLC:
Google AdMob (Google LLC)
Advertising SDKWe utilize Google AdMob to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements within our application. AdMob may collect and process:
- The Android Advertising ID (AAID);
- IP address (for general approximate city/country location);
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, views);
- Diagnostic data regarding ad display performance.
Google Analytics for Firebase (Firebase Analytics)
Analytics SDKFirebase Analytics helps us understand how users engage with our financial literacy articles and calculation tools. It collects pseudonymous metrics such as:
- Firebase App Instance IDs;
- Aggregated engagement metrics (screen views, session duration, button interactions);
- General demographic and app-version distributions.
Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC)
Crash Reporting SDKCrashlytics automatically collects diagnostic crash reports when an unexpected error occurs, allowing us to deliver rapid bug fixes. It collects:
- Crash stack traces and execution error logs;
- Device state at the time of crash (free RAM, disk space, battery level, orientation);
- Crashlytics Installation UUIDs (strictly non-personal identifiers).
Google Play Services
System CoreProvides core functionality such as secure application updates, authentication checks, and platform compatibility. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
4 Managing Your Advertising Preferences & Opt-Out
You maintain complete control over how advertising identifiers are utilized on your Android device. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time:
How to reset or delete Android Advertising ID:
- Open your Android device Settings.
- Navigate to Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads depending on Android OS version).
- Select "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID".
- You may also toggle "Opt out of Ads Personalization" to receive only generic, non-targeted ads.

6 Data Retention & Your Deletion Rights
Diagnostic logs held by Google Firebase are automatically purged according to standard Firebase retention windows (typically 14 months for analytics). We do not operate independent proprietary cloud databases holding user accounts.
If you have contacted our developer support and wish to have all related emails, technical inquiries, or messages permanently deleted from our support inbox, please email support-dtcloan@konc.one with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Your request will be fulfilled within 30 days without cost.
7 Data Security Measures
We prioritize protecting your data. Any communication between the application, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Crashlytics servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) protocols. We implement strict operational procedures to prevent unauthorized inspection or disclosure.
8 Children’s Privacy
Our financial literacy utilities are intended for general adult audiences and individuals seeking personal finance education. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions), nor do we target advertising toward minors. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us at support-dtcloan@konc.one for immediate removal.
